  2. Overview • Section 3.3: Throughput fairness • Section 3.4: Frame loss ratio • In Both Cases: • More precise metric definitions • More precise measurement procedures

  3. Throughput Fairness • Two Metrics: • Peak-throughput fairness • Full-load throughput fairness

  4. Measurement Procedures • Repeat throughput measurements at: a) Peak throughput level b) Full-load throughput level • Calculate the mean fairness.

  5. Frame Loss Ratio • No additional measurements necessary, FLR can be derived from tests performed for throughput measurements. • No variation  No repetitions  Remove Average Frame Loss ration

  6. Motion • Adopt the text of 97-0613 to replace sections 3.3 and 3.4 of Performance Testing Baseline Text.
