  4. Opening Statement In HDF 190 I learned many things about how to be a leader and different leading styles. One thing that I really could relate to is the Servant Leader Model. I believe a leader is there to help a group succeed by itself. I also like how it says a servant leader puts the group before themselves which I believe is very important for a group to succeed.
