  5. Our Progress • Concluded the pilot • Conducted the Pilot Assessment Period • Began startup activities for remaining units

  6. Start up Activities • Ongoing strategy discussions on next group of departments • Start up sessions • Hands on training for proposal initiators • Training materials for Faculty and other approvers • Agreement on conversion deadline

  7. What’s Coming up? • ISR and CECS deadline March 18th • School of Biological Sciences March 25th • Next wave of departments : • Anatomy and Neurobiology • Biological Chemistry • Microbiology and Molecular Genetics • Psychiatry and Human Behavior • Obstetrics and Gynecology • GOAL: all of campus live in KC by May
