Our Mission: PHIT programs motivate and educate participants using specialized. practical. highly imaginative, non-traditional, fun, cardiovascular physical fitness techniques. Our complete family, total community approach enforces the benefits of movement and health consciousness for everyone. Youth and Teens • Our unique methods embrace diversity and include youths of all levels of athletic ability and skill, • PHIT educates and trains youth to engage in fun cardiovascular activity as a healthy lifestyle, • Our programs build self-esteem by honoring and promoting mental strength, physical health, and interpersonal activity, • Our programs demonstrate the joy of living an active life through fun, non-traditional group fitness activities and team building games.
