  4. Psychological • Spreading rumors, stalking, dirty looks, hiding or damaging properties Physical Hitting, punching, kicking, scratching, tripping, spitting Verbal Name calling, threats, put-downs • Social • Ignoring, excluding, ostracizing, alienating

  7. Prevention You can stop cyber-bullying by… • Refuse to pass along cyber-bullying messages • Tell friends to stop cyber-bullying • Block communication with cyber-bullies • Report cyber-bullying to a trusted adult
