CREAM SEPARATOR Cream separator capacity up 300 litres/hour using bowl and cone disks, with integral pumps for skimmed milk and cream, 1,1 Kw 4 Amp 400 V 3 phase electric motor with gear and shaft drive, cream and skimmed milk outlets with adjustable valves , overflow outlets, pressure gauge for skimmed milk gear box oil level sight glass and drain plug, plumbed in the milk line with by pass and valves Hermetic cream separator suitable for the total skimming of milk and whey, with manual regulation by two suitable micrometric valves (regulation during separation working). Bowl in stainless steel aisi 304 with disks of high accuracy and with high resistent carbon steel lock ring, chromium plated. Inlet –outlet flow unit of stainless steel aisi 304 with feeding trough a closed pipe and skim and cream outlets under pressure by two centripetal pumps. One sanitary pressure gauge and two micrometrics valves of stainless steel complete the unit. Bowl cover of stainless steel aisi 304 Cast iron frame painted with oil plugs of stainless steel aisi 304 Eletric motor with IP 55 protection with motor cover in stainless steel aisi 304 Bowl vertical shaft of stainless steel aisi 431 frived by a centrifugal clutch and helical gear pair with orthogonal axes Manual brake with flange and pin of stainless steel aisi 304 Splash lubrication of gears and ball bearing from a central bath Fundation plate with shock absorbers and stainless steel aisi 304 feet Special spanners set for bowl Installed power: 1,1 Kw TECMON S.R.L.
