  4. Conclusion:(write down in self-reflection section) • Alex Barsky witnesses the mugging of a classmate while walking home from school. He does nothing, for fear of getting hurt himself. He does not report it, but when his classmate makes a police report, he is named as a witness.

  5. Reflect on the following: -Can the law force Alex to testify in a court of law in this situation? -What ethical decision-making method did he use? -What is the conflict in this situation between ethics and the law? -Imagine yourself in Alex’s situation. What would you have done? Explain.
