  2. Why do We Have a University Ethics and Compliance Program? #1 The Ethics and Compliance program serves to reflect UNC Charlotte’s values and ideals, it enhances the quality of its community culture and provides guidance that enables individuals to act responsibly.

  3. Why do We Need a University Ethics and Compliance Program? #2 An effective Ethics and Compliance Program has been shown to enhance an organization’s reputation, contain costs, attract better talent, and increase staff commitment.
