  2. Who are we? Hello, we are Kent Supported Employment. We help people who have a disability to gain and keep a job.

Overview of Supported Employment • We are part of the Skills and Employability Service at Kent County Council- we have 25 team members across the county. • Supporting 720 people with disabilities and/or disadvantages per year into work opportunities. • Supporting over 300 people at any one time into employment opportunities.

  8. What is it? • Led by Kent Supported Employment working in partnership with DGS Day Services • Involves weekly sessions at Dartford Library and Gravesend Library • Starts April 2017 • Lasts 2 years

  9. Quality Assurance • Action plans subject to monitoring to ensure impartial advice given • All advisers have an observation on a regular basis to ensure their work complies with OFSTED standards • Sharing of best practice to ensure a generic yet bespoke approach to client interventions
