SR-4491- MyQM Index Layout Update Figure 1: • List of the changes. Numbers reference areas in Figure 1. • Move update text: "To access MyQM, you must log in. Your MyQM username is the email address provided to Quality Matters." from bottom of page to just under the "MyQM" page title. • 1.1) In the above text, the two instances of the name “MyQM” should be links that reveal the hidden text, same as #5 below. • Move the log in box and 3 associated account and password links to be follow the text from #1. • 2.1) Align the Log-in box to the left of the screen region to align with the MyQM header. • 2.2) Left align elements inside the Log In Box (See Figure 2). • Change the text "Username:" inside the yellow box to: "Username (Email Address):". • Add a link in smaller font "What is MyQM?" right after the MyQM on the page Header. • Hide all of the text on the MyQM page and display below the Log in Box when the "What is MyQM?" link is clicked. 4 What is MyQM? 1 To access MyQM, you must log in.
