AIESEC Egypt Intern Team Leader Objective • Create a multicultural team where they can improve together their experience through sharing spaces and tracking of their objectives. • Deliver Better Experience for fellow Interns though Communicating with LC regarding interns problems and complains Local Implementation: • Each 10 Interns has a Team leader from Same Country ( Country Partners) or same Project in all LCs . • Intern has to arrive a week before the rest to align expectations with LCs and Build Fast Communication Responsive channel. Value of Initiative • It is recommended for people with previous AIESEC Experience. • Fast Communication channel for solving logistical and JD Oriented problems.

  5. AIESEC Egypt Intern Micro Experience Objective: Involve the intern in LCs activities in order to integrate them into LCs reality and being aware of the social impact AIESEC cause in society. Why it is Important for AIESEC: It will guarantee that our EPs have a deeper understanding of AIESEC work and impact. Value for the participant: Being in contact of other AIESEC opportunities and having other practical ways to learn about cross cultural leadership.

AIESEC Egypt LEAD for EPs Objective Creating a leadership development program to ensure better reflection for the experience that the EP is having inside the CY and help his journey to have a huge impact on him Local Implementation: It is going to be co-delivered between the 2 CYs based on specific Eps that are going to participate to be in it and they are going to have specific scheduele for it in the hosting entity and the sending entity would have to close the LEAD Program in their CY when EP comes back

AIESEC Egypt Interns NationalConference Objective Enriching the experience of the EP in Egypt and ensuring more elements of cultural development in their experience in Egypt National Implementation: The National MC develops 3 days conference based on 3 main elements: • AIESEC Induction • Feedback on their experience and providing framework for solution creation for these problems • Think tank and discussion panel on a certain issue in the Egyptian society and gather their inputs and publicize it on socail media channels and with Media partners

  9. AIESEC Egypt National Control Board What is it ? The NCB is a National Unbiased controlling body supporting the Quality improvement of exchange Processes in the country, as well as working arbitrating National cases of exchange quality, Ethics as Legislated in the Compendium. Structure: LC representative( VP) from Every LC Chaired by MCVP ( as members in the board NOT LCVPs to maintain Unbiased Decisions) where any decision is taken by simple Majority and a National Auditing Teams from all LCs and Expansions who present its reports to The NCB based on Auditing Visits to Interns Responsibility: • Ensuring the quality standards of the exchange processes in Egypt • Deciding and managing the National Exchange Quality Cases • Releasing financial reimbursements for LC or interns based on Penalties • Creating Exchange Quality enforcing motions and mandates • Control Power in the plenary :Legislated Powers in the plenary where no Entity can Influence their Ruling and every penalty is Obligatory to follow, Violations could affect LC’s Membership to be on violation • Within one week after receiving the complaint, the board will meet and discuss the issue. The maximum time for a decision to be made is 12 days.
