  1. How to: Register & Join IDEA WebEx Session Log in to WebEx platform Register for session by typing in the Session # that you have received in the invitation from your Distributor.

  2. Note:If you are registering to a session that is scheduled for another dayor later time, you will see the following notification.

  3. 2.1. Registering – Please fill in all details, especially Company and Country without abbreviations (example: Cisco / Czech Republic)

  4. Registration confirmation: Once registered you will receive an email from messenger@webex.com

  5. Useful tips:Add to My Calendar Tip: If you are using IE you will have the same or similar to this view. Please download the iCalendar then OPEN and ACCEPT the invitation as shown in the following steps

  8. Tip 2: If you are using Firefox as a web browser then you will have to open or safe the iCalendar to Accept. Open and Accept the calendar entry to have it in your Outlook.

  9. How to receive a Call Back – after logging in to the Webex session on your PC Please fill in here the number on which you would like to receive a Call Back
