1) SDEC C6121 Engine SDEC C6121 engine is manufactured according the Caterpillar 3306 industrial engine technical license. C6121是引进卡特彼勒公司3306柴油机技术而生产的发动机，具有如下特点： I) High reliability. Structure: with single rocker and reversal structure, the thickness of both lifting and unloading arms are 50mm, welded by high strength alloy steelplates, all their hoses are bored by CNC machining center. 结构：单摇臂、反转机构，动臂板厚50mm，全部采用高强度合金钢焊接，数控加工所有轴孔； Seal: All linkage joints are sealed with double-layer seals for dustproof and inside lubrication. 密封：铰点全部采用双端密封，防尘效果好，内部润滑好。 10) Working device 工作装置
All shafts and sleeves are made by high strength alloy steel, their rigidity level are much higher because a special quencher technology is used on these parts. 高强度合金钢制造的销轴、轴套，采用特殊淬火工艺，淬火后硬度等级高. Arrangement of shafting变速箱轴系布置 Parallel axis constant mesh gear box. Shocks can be absorbed and noise can be lowered when gears are shifted. 变速箱为平行轴式常啮合变速箱，齿轮处于常啮合状态，减少了箱体在换档时地冲击。变速箱内部的齿轮寿命得到了延长，将换挡过程中的冲击和噪音降到最低。

Kick-Down FunctionK-D功能介绍 Kick-down function had been assembled in all HELI transmissions which is the same as ZF transmission. This function is most popular in high and middle levels of wheel loaders. 目前，国内在中高端装载机中，如ZF传动系统，其具有操纵时的K-D强制换档功能，利于提高工作效率。合力BZ050/030型变速箱也集成了上述功能，可靠性高。 其功能主要作用如下： Kick-down Function(only available at 1st and 2nd gears)on HELI range selector offer an easy and comfortable operation system for wheel loader drivers,during the operation.由上述换档过程，可以发现此功能降低了司机劳动强度，降低了燃油消耗，提高了发动机使用寿命，综合提高了装载机作业效率。
4) HELI oscillating axle 合力摆动式驱动桥 • Structure: HELI axle was designed specifically for off-road application, which is more popular . 结构：专为越野路面设计，采用国际可靠的前后摆架式驱动桥，摆架支撑刚度好，通过能力强，复杂地面环境下轮胎与地面贴合性更好，极大提高整机稳定性； • support shaft: big support shaft was designed for adding its service life. 支撑轴：大直径支撑轴，寿命长； • Tire: Famous Chengshin tire ，long life. 著名的正新轮胎，使用寿命更长； • Main sealing of axle: Japanese NOK oil sealing, double-layer sealed structure was designed on the output. 主密封件：NOK油封，密封更可靠；输出端采用双密封结构，密封可靠。
