WELCOME • this is your guide on GROUPLOVE. i do not feel like going super in depth about their backstory but they have a documentary which explains it all • their band name is in all caps bc they wanted it to stand out from other bands who werent in all caps • dont expect me to capitalize it again

  3. THE BEGINNING • they met at an art commune in greece • which they pretty much all thought was weird but it sure does explain a lot • the early days • here is the link to their documentary: • http://youtu.be/4ILyh-Fp67w • the band formed a year after they met

  4. THE BAND MEMBERS • Christian Zucconi (Lead singer and guitar) • Hannah Hooper (Singer, keyboard, artist) • Ryan Rabin (Drums) • Andrew Wessen (Guitar, ukelele) • Daniel Gleason (Current bassist) • Sean Gadd (Ex-bassist)

  5. he is my favorite member most days christian zucconi • his birthday is the day before yours but he isnt in his 40s • he is fairly introverted off-stage apparently and he cant twerk • katie calls him christian zucchini which is oh so original

  6. christian zucconi (continued) • he had wonderful hair until he let manchester orchestra shave it all of on tuesday (it looks fine now i just liked his old hair) • he is dating hannah hooper & if they ever break up ill cry

  7. hannah hooper • she is an artist & used to make art for a living before the band (altho she now makes music-art and paint-art for a living so i guess it worked out • here she is with the lead singer from MS MR

  8. HANNAH HOOPER (CONTINUED) • here is some of her work. she does all of the art for the band & it all looks amazing • she co-designed a car with a guy from portugal. the man and it looks really cool (u can enter to win it)

HANNAH HOOPER (CONTINUED) • she likes bodysuits in case u havent noticed. she wears them with a belt and sneakers so she doesnt look like a prostitute (her words, not mine) • in her first shows she wore a silver mask to hide behind. then it was stolen or lost and she had to face her fears and hasnt gone back since

  10. ryan rabin • he went to school to be a music producer and joined grouplove almost immediately after graduating • thugz • (sorry im keeping the rest to one slide each) • he has great drum faces

  11. andrew wessen • aka "wessito" • he sings "spun" which is one of my favorites • his bff is ryan & theyve been playing music together since their teenage years • he surfs a lot

  12. sean gadd • he's british and not in the band at the moment • he has a beard and might rejoin grouplove but we wont be seeing him at the concert • he sings "chloe" which is wonderful

  13. he has a girlfriend or something idk he posts about her on instagram every now and then daniel gleason • he's only been with them for a few months i dont really know much about him sorry

  14. what did we learn? • grouplove is very cute • even though i dont understand why they wear what they wear • sabrina is grateful to see them in concert • ryan kinda looks like ryan from the office (i laughed for an hour when i realized that)

  15. tips for surviving the concert • wear comfy shoes • let sabrina buy merch • enjoy when christian thinks he still has hair to flip and tries to do so during the concert • appreciate whenever they miss a note okay theyve been touring since like 2011 with only one or two breaks
