  4. Training (next steps) • Will leverage RFOG (Regional Field Operations Guide) results • Develop common/minimal Training requirements/standards for Region 1

Exercise (next steps) • Will leverage RFOG (Regional Field Operations Guide) to determine Regional/State assets that are common • Develop scenarios for Region 1 using criteria such as • Radio System Outage • Large Scale Regional Disaster • Utilize Statewide (COMLINC, Radio Channels, Cache’s) assets in Drill

  6. Development (next steps) • Utilize RFOG to determine existing assets/resources • Determine organizations/localities that are working on development of standards for • CAD2CAD • Radio Interoperability • 911 Interoperability/Redundancy

Deliverables • In the next 365 Days • Work with SIEC to determine need/host COMT Training for Region 1 • Work with COMLINC training group, and develop a minimal training standard • Develop minimal training on deployment of Radio Cache • Develop minimal training on utilization of State/Regional assets for Radio Communications • Promoting the utilization of VIPER for EOC and Emergency Preparedness

  8. Long-Term Deliverables • In the outlying years • Develop standards on CAD2CAD minimal data sharing requirements • Enhancing Communication Capabilities with Private Sector Partnerships
