  5. 2020 • Continues to be wealthy, educated families with very few businesses. • Residents concern about rail traffic • Value nature, peace & quiet, space • Existing businesses want stability, residents want to bring business to them (delivery) • Weekday • Kids go to daycare/school • Working adults work from home, hotel, hold traditional jobs, or are road warriors • At home adults keep up home, socialize and recreate in local social circles • Use services on demand (groceries, maintenance of home) Weekend • Outside people come inside to enjoy nature amenities
