  3. How will this work? • You and your group members will be split up amongst 3 groups. Each of you is responsible for teaching your group about your standard. You will all present at different times so that you can use your poster to teach. • At the end of your lesson you will hand out the short answer or extended response question that you created. The “students” must complete this along with the Jag Review for homework. • This means, as a student, you will go home with two Jag Reviews and two (or three) short answer/extended response questions to complete for homework.

  4. How long will this last? • Your lesson should take no longer than 10 -12 minutes. • Jag Reviews #’s 1-2, along with your first short answer and extended responses, will be due on Friday, November 9th. • The groups who assigned the short answer and extended response questions will collect your answers and take them home to grade on the ninth. • When grading the responses, please write “graded by” and make sure you explain any point deductions. • Graded responses for the groups who present on the first day will be due on Monday, November 12th. • Jag Reviews #’s 3-4, along with your second short answer and extended response questions are due on Thursday, November 15th. • Graded responses for the groups who present of the second day will be due on Monday, November 19th.

  5. Benchmark Quiz • You will be assigned Jag Review #5 on Wednesday, November 14th. This Jag Review covers all of the topics you guys taught each other. You can think of it as a “review guide.” • You will be taking a Benchmark Quiz that covers all of the topics you presented. You will take this quiz on Monday, November 19th after we go over Jag Review #5. The quiz will be taken for a grade.

  6. Short Answer and Extended Response Questions • Make sure you print these in a way that all of your students will get a copy. We have 20 students in our room. • Students will turn their responses in to you. • All members in your group should have a copy of the key. • You will divide the responses evenly amongst your group members to grade. Make sure you write “graded by…”. • You will turn in the graded responses to me.
