The body for the NMOS is the derived layer “pBulk”. pBulk is defined as geoNOT(nwell) LVS does not catch the open on ground, it forms a connection through the substrate, which is not in most cases desirable. My understanding is that it is possible to declare a connection as soft to prevent this type of extraction.
