  3. Democracy • Congress every 4th year (185 delegates from local branches + national board) • National Board,23 rep. ( includingtheelectedmanagement of the national union) • 10 congress elected officers, including management • 9 in Oslo 1 in Tromsø • 3 membersofthecontrolcommittee
