  3. Democracy • Congress every 4th year (185 delegates from local branches + national board) • National Board,23 rep. (includingthenationalexecutivecommittee • The nationalexecutive committee,11 rep. ( includingtheelectedmanagement of the national union) • 10 congress elected officers, including management • 9 in Oslo 1 in Tromsø • 3 membersofthecontrolcommittee

  6. Dues • 1.4% of gross salary to the national union • + Minimum 0.2% to the local branch • Normally nothing to the workplace branch • Deducted from wages by the employer and sent NNN
