  2. Las comparaciones • We can use the words we already know “más” o “menos” to compare two things: Ej) Los estudiantes de Pin Oak son los estudiantes más inteligentes del mundo. Ej) La clase de arte es MENOS popular que la clase de inglés.

  3. Las comparaciones • Use más + adjective + que to compare two people, things, or actions • Más = more than, positive, + Ej.) El libro es maas interesante que el video. • Use menos + adjective + que to compare two people, things, or actions • Menos = less than, negative, - Ej.) Correr es menos divertido que montar en bicicleta.

  4. Las comparaciones However, with certain adjectives and adverbs, we DO NOT USE más o menos, we use other comparative forms. Mejor, peor, mayor y menor all have plural forms that end in “-es” Ej.) Los discos compactos son mejores que los casetes.
