  • A project of paramount importance as envisioned in Mahinda Chinthana.

  • Ministry of Rural Livelihood Development co-ordinates with line Ministries, state institutions, provincial councils, local government bodies and community based organizations with the active participation of the rural community

  • Planning and implementation commenced on 24th March 2006

    - community based organizations
