  • Not enough “supply” for the “demand”
  • Unemployment for IT related areas is 2.4 %, compared to overall unemployment at 4.5% (networkworld.com, 4/9/2007)
  • Fall 2006 Salary Survey: salaries up by 7.5% for IS majors to $47,182. (National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE))
