  4. 3 STAGES OF HOST COACHING. STAGE 1- WITHIN 48 HRS OF THE BOOKING. SCRIPT. “ Hi Jane – it’s Jackie – we met on Tuesday night. Jane I’d like to thank you for booking your party with me and I remember how much you liked the deep fat Fryer…/Naturally Gorgeous beauty Cube. I should easily be able to get that for you free, and of course the Chopper/Muscle & Joint Rub and lots more. Can I quickly arrange to pop in for a quick chat to help you and bring everything you need. Are you free during the day? How about next Wed or Thurs which will be best? Great Wed it is -about 10.30. I won’t keep you long, do you have to get off to work Jane? .

  5. 7 – 14 DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY. • THE HOST PACK. • THE HOST ENVELOPE – complete details and help with Guest List. • 2.- 5 Ezecook/Ezespa Catalogues • 10 Order forms (non-attendee orders) • Invitation cards 25 – 30 (explain how to give them out) • Host Posters - explaining all Host Incentives • Sponsoring “Let’s get Started” leaflet • Put everything into a Snappy Bag. • You may give this pack at the party, or take it with you, whichever is best at the time.

  6. WHAT TO COVER AT 7 – 14 DAYS VISIT. • EXPLAIN HOST INCENTIVES: (SHOW PORTFOLIO/LAMINATED PICTURES of INCENTIVES & PRODUCTS) • 10% COMMISION – MY AVERAGE PARTY = £250 - £25. TO SPEND • FREE CHOPPER/JOINT & MUSCLE RUB FOR WHIZZING PAST £100 • HALF PRICED ITEM FOR WHIZZING PAST £200. • COOKERY BOOK/MAKE-UP SPONGES (½) - FOR HAVING OVER 12 PEOPLE ATTENDING • HOTEL VOUCHERS – FOR 2 BOOKINGS.

WHAT TO COVER AT 7 – 14 DAYS VISIT. • Build the Guest List – On Host Envelope - SAY… Jane I always like to give my Hosts at least £25 to spend plus the chopper/MUSCLE RUB – etc. so shall we work together for your rewards? • 2 Bookings – for FREE Accommodation Hotel - she knows her friends best, who will book? Asterick* • Encourage her to Invite people from different areas – bookings • Encourage her to Actually Give Invitation Cards personally – give her 30 invites. • Encourage people to bring a Friend. – Stranger Draw…

  8. WHAT TO COVER AT 7 – 14 DAYS VISIT. • Plus orders – Non attendee orders • Explain Payment cash or card. The Benefits • The Host should be excited about her gifts… • She can see the benefit of inviting people and aiming to get more than 12 guests • The benefit of giving catalogues to those who can’t come. • What is it she wants FREE – Is it a Beauty Cube or the Spa Products? • You need to know this for your 48 hr. call.
