Pick one of the available situations presented or researched that applies and requires formal intervention.  Apply what you believe to be the best strategy and explain how it must resolve the conflict. If your best strategy does not work, or is rejected, develop and describe at least one contingency plan. Review the "Ten best Practices for Negotiators" table in Ch. 20 of Negotiation. How might you incorporate one of these best practices into a negotiation plan? Share a time when you used a best practice with success.
