Semester Goals • Write Paper (or Two): 10% • Kinetic inversion problem involving the pharmacokinetics of Cyclosporin A with Andrej M. • Utilizing a library of general physiologically consistent models for different animals to acelerate modeling of drug-dose response curves • Acquire Experience in Order to: 20% • Complete integration case study of the distributed and network model of the CNS • Learn code, file formats, math necessary • Steady state & dynamic
