Meeting and Greeting
1. pleased = glad, delighted
e.g. Pleased /glad / delighted to meet you.
2. fly – flew – flown

5. usually adv. – usual a.
6. really adv. – real a. 真正的

7. sandwich – (pl.) sandwiches

9. by train = by rail
类似的词组还有：by bus, by ship, by plane, by tube, etc. 但是“步行”是： on foot
