  2. Registration process

  3. When you’ll click on the link you received by e-mail you’ll be redirected to this registration form which allow you to define the password for your account (the login is the e-mail address) The login is the e-mail address !

  4. Authentication process

  5. Click on the link to initiate the authentication process

  6. Enter the login (your e-mail address) and the password that you configured

  7. Profile

  8. Any user can update his/her profile which means changing there name, password and line manager. A specific Atom feed link is provided to any user. This feed provides the list of allocated actions.

  9. Dashboard

  10. The default dashboard provides a synthetic view of: • The activities you are responsible for • The actions you created • The actions you have been allocated

  11. Clicking on allow to expand the panel to view some details about the object (here an action). Click to close the panel.

  12. Here is another dashboard which provides a summary view of your team (any user for which your are direct or indirect manager)

  13. Clicking on allow to expand the individual reports of your team members.

  14. Another type of dashboard: A summary of all the activities of your team. Click to filter the “not active” activities (no report provided this week and no pending actions) Click to open a new window which can be printed.

  15. Clicking on “Display all the reports” (on the previous screen) displays a screen which lists all the reports associated with the activity.

  16. Here is the detailed view of an activity.

  17. Enter the first characters of the title of the activities to filter the available list The form to be used to create an new action.

  18. Report

  19. Click to provide a new report. NB: A user who has no manager cannot create reports.

  20. Individual report (not associated to any specific activity) One “report item” per activity. (the user may choose not to provide any report)

  21. Until it is published a report is not visible from the manager. Once created (and until the manager “validate” the report) the report can be modified at any time.

  22. An history of your last created reports.

  23. Search

  24. A basic search function is provided.
