Sometimes they are not that serious though and are exaggerated more than reality which are included in these numbers. Mark Anderson 50 year old will be charged with elderly abuse of his mother Lucille a family member claims it may have been a year since she was last bathed. She was found on the couch inside the home in the 1600 block of Hoyt. She's since been hospitalized and underwent surgery to repair a deteriorating part of her leg.

7. My view I feel elders should be not only be given respect but as well as honor for some they are the generation that gave you life after all. The longer you live the wider your perception of the world they are smarter than you think. I feel everyone deserves respect things such as dementia is quite devastating for the family and Alzheimer's is the hardest so try to connect with them.

My stories with my grandparents My bubbie a few years back was in assisted living I vaguely remember they forgot to give her the pills and we had to keep reminding the assistant which is there job. And these pills were essential for her health My bubbie was supposed to get in this good nursing hem for Jews and she was on the list and got unnoticed . With my grandpa we had a hard time getting Medicare and his insurance to help pay the insurance feels if your not that healthy and trying enough they don’t help pay for those high bills. Also for my bubbie my uncle who lives in Wisconsin is in authority and he wont let us take her out of the home not even for coffee and claims he visits her but in reality visits her like once in every three months he figures she doesn’t remember anyways. But like a baby you don’t remember you had a hug or kiss from your mom it’s a feeling of love. And life is a risk we should be able to take her out.
