  2. Purpose of Technology in CW/SPDG Work • Increase the use of technologies to support: • Implementation of professional development, and; • Use of data for effective teaching and learning decision-making.

  3. Role of the TWG • To Promote and support the use of technology as a tool that will facilitate and enhance the delivery of HQPD and associated activities in the CW/SPDG initiatives. • Outcomes • Select technology related topics/tools that can be incorporated into “mini-training sessions” during the FY’15 Shared Learning Events. • Develop a plan for implementing the “mini-training sessions” during the FY’15 Shared Learning Events. • Identify issues and potential solutions for promoting collaborative relationships to address security related IT restrictions at the local, regional and state level.

Work of the TWG • To review and select specific applications (tech tools) that correlate with the tasks of the CW consultants, and; • To ensure that the CW consultants have access to training and support to use those tools effectively and efficiently. • Focus Areas • Communication and Collaboration • File Sharing • Supporting HQPD in Presentations
