  2. session goals • Attendees will learn how to move to a next phase in maintaining and enhancing entrepreneurship initiatives in a long term entrepreneurship program. • They will also learn how to diminish the reliance on a single key entrepreneurship ambassador to keep entrepreneurship thriving. • Finally, they will learn the value of a continuous regenerative feedback loop.

  5. the present and future The Entrepreneurship Council Responsibilities: • Monitor the College’s entrepreneurship efforts; • Provide leadership to the College for entrepreneurship education, training & grants. • Communicate activities, programs & initiatives to each other so that questions and inquiries can be referred to the appropriate source(s)

  7. the present and future The Entrepreneurship Council Progress: • Cross campus commitment to information sharing and collaboration in entrepreneurship effort • Relationship and friend building across campus • Re-energizing entrepreneurship initiatives • Group input to grant applications, providing unique viewpoints • Avoiding duplication of efforts • Building entrepreneurship components in engineering

  8. the present and future The Entrepreneurship Council Future: • Bringing high profile entrepreneurs to campus, showcasing Western Mass Entrepreneurship Hall of Famers • Increasing cross campus collaboration • Establishing regional entrepreneurship and engineering project • Increasing international initiatives • Continuous regenerative feedback
