  1. Rebuilding & Repairing Relationships Routine. Structure. Predictability. Unlike other residential treatment centers for teens, we know how important these components are for teenagers to develop a healthy sense of self. Our comprehensive focus on relationships, personal responsibility and skill development are woven into all facets of our program.

Within Elevations, one of the top residential treatment centers for teens, we have smaller Communities comprised of students by age, gender, and shared experiences.  These Communities include administrative, clinical, and academic leadership to build stronger connectivity, bonds, accountability, and responsibility.

  3. Creating Community & Belonging Sometimes, our student’s defiance emerges from the need for connectivity and purpose.  As part of their Community, every student has a role.  Each and every community role contributes to the overall functioning of the team and helps build strong, dependable relationships among students.

  4. Whether our students are socially disconnected or choosing the wrong relationships, Elevations RTC provides an opportunity to develop healthy relationships with peers and with authority figures like staff.  The interdependence of our community helps students practice and refine their ability to create lasting connections. Our program is unique among residential treatment centers for teens because of our community atmosphere. 

  5. Co-Ed is Real Life Eventually, our students are returning home and to a world outside our nurturing campus.  Before a bird flies out of the nest it needs to learn to stand and walk.  Similarly, we feel is it of utmost importance our students learn how to create trusting, meaningful connections with all genders.
