Advantages to one unit head structure • Put all things “international” in one department • Strengthen the tie-in between international academic and student affairs (no more silos) • Create a stronger emphasis on international student recruitment, admissions, advising and activities • Strengthen the links between Honors, Study Abroad, Student Ambassadors, etc.
