Thermal cycling is a process that involves exposing and passing through a substance through two extreme temperatures. It is an environmental stress test used to evaluate product reliability. This process also helps to capture or recognise manufacturing defects. Thus, thermal cycling helps in early diagnosis of any sort of defect present in the considered product.
