Boulder City Resolution 5210 • Applicable to Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners and Gas Pac heating & cooling units • Customer must replace a minimum of one and one half tons of existing refrigerated air conditioning • Rebates in the amount of $70 per ton for air conditioners with a S.E.E.R. rating of 14.0 to 14.99 • Rebates in the amount of $125 per ton for air conditioners with a S.E.E.R. rating of 15.0 or greater
