  3. DISPOSITIONOF PUBLIC RECORDS • Rule 1B-24.003(10) requires agencies (including universities) to document the following for each records disposition: • Schedule Number • Item Number • Record Series Title • Inclusive Dates • Volume in Cubic Feet
