Accountability! • Learn LRP and practice teaching it (dU). • Make sure you are confident with the basics of the back office. • Carry out Wellness Consultations with all who need it • Call any on your team who have been enrolled for more than a month. • Buy a Resource book and study the intro. • Buy the Slight Edge and start reading • Buy A-Z booklets and sampling vials ready to start sampling. • Learn the ‘Key things’ from doterra university. • Look at suggested resources.
Deduce User/Sharer/Builder • In the Wellness Consultation – invite to be; • LRP user • host a class • learn about the business What do you do next?.........
Help to host a class • User – offer a wild orange or other gift plus some more on night after enrolments. • Sharer – offer half or all of fast start in money or gifts. • Slow builder – If they are willing to do Wellness consultation and assist potential builders – give them Enrolment!
Interested in Business • Invite to an ‘intro to the business’ class • 1:1 chat • 3 way call with upline or meet with upline • Send them some info; you tube videos – doterra essential oils company intro video, gift of the earth, co-impact sourcing video (vetiver and Haiti), compensation plan

4.The Compensation Plan • Brief description of this; • A very competitive earning scheme. • There are five ways of making money. If appropriate briefly cover these using the ‘building doterra’ guide. Mainly just cover ‘fast start’ and ‘power of 3’. • Show average earnings

Questions to ask potential builders • Does this sound like something they would like to do? • How many hours do you think you could spend on this? To begin with? In the future? • Can you think of people you could share the oils with? • Can you think of any potential builders who you would like to work with?

Confirmed sharer - 5 hours a week • Help them learn the activities that will supplement their income (learn, share, teach) • Support them through learning and sharing – suggest they watch webinars and doterra university • Assist in teaching the first four classes then encourage them to teach their own classes. • Challenge them to teach one class a month • Chat to them about enrolment
Confirmed builder : 10 – 20+ hours a week • What are their goals with doterra? Rank/average earning by when? • Recommend books for personal development • Suggest they watch the webinar training, use sharesuccess and doterrauniviersity. • Go through the ‘Success Schedule’……..
Success Schedule (building doterra guide) • Daily:Contact 2-3 people, 30 mins of personal development, , follow up with 2 contacts or class attendees, use doterra products. • Weekly: Host 1 class a week (or five 1:1s), mentor call with up line, share 3-5 samples. • Monthly: Attend trainings, place LRP order, evaluate goals and plan for months ahead (try and plan at least two months ahead)
New Builder • Daily/Weekly Contact to help them through the first steps of the business; Live and learn, write 100 names – contact builders first, sample, follow up, invite. • Set 4 class dates with them. • Help them teach their first classes (usually 2-4) • Assist in first 1-2 wellness consultations
Continued mentoring • Strategise and Help place new enrollees • Support – anything needed (new builders etc) • Help answer questions • Review goals from last week • set action plan for coming week • Make a note of classes and goals • Any important reminders
Weekly Schedule – 16 hours Adjust this for personal circumstances. Activities change throughout business…. • Contacting and follow up – one hour, four times a week, different times on different days. • Three hours strategy calls – 3 with down line, one with up line (45 mins each) • 30 mins to one hour team call – run by upline
Weekly schedule….. • 2 hours Intro to oils class • Personal development 2 hours • Learning (oils and business)– 2 hours a week • Two wellness consultations – 2 hours
