  3. Characters / suspects Dr. Watson- finds out why Barrymore was up at two in the morning, finds out what the mysterious light on the moor was. Barrymore- giving food to the escaped convict who was his brother, try’s to lie about doing it. Sir Henry decides to go try to find the convict. Selden- escaped convict, being feed by the Barrymore's, Barrymore’s brother.

  8. Quotes Sir Henry expressing his feeling's for Mrs. Stapleton “I just felt that she was made for me, and she too- she was happy when she was with me” (Conan Doyle 83). Mr. Stapleton explaining why he interrupted Sir Henry and Mrs. Stapleton “His sister is everything in is life. They have always been together, and according to his account he has been a very lonely man with only her as a companion, so the thought of losing here was really terrible to hear” (Conan Doyle 84).
