Update General Info • Booster SS: Up and operating • SS Spares still in production – waiting for ANU to finish using anode supply • Booster Absorber (Talk Today – for sure this time) • Booster Aperture Scans and magnet moves (Kiyomi Talk) • Booster RF cavity rework – Cavity 3 being installed today and RF15 removal • Cavity 1 work - tuner work has begun (two tuners off – no surprises) • Booster Ferrites – Dennis has started physical measurements (tester back) • Physical Measurements, Low Power Testing, High Power Testing (Pat S. will help) • RFQ – Running (still sparking) – waiting on trim magnet/building source B • Modifications to source magnetics, Changed Buncher tube (8kw) • HLRF –mostly still waiting (putting together new PR) soon will place order • Linac Modulator – work continues – No news? • Linac Notch - Safety permission to operate seed source and fiber amplifiers • preliminary work on beam shaping optics • Cogging – Software work continues – but waiting for Kiyomi time • Booster Shielding –detectors placed, connected to VME, Scans on Thursday! • Booster Cavity modeling – Mohamed is using new ferrite curves • MI Startup: Word is May – not sure why not official yet? Startup comments (Fernanda, Todd, Mary) Studies forthcoming?
