  • Researched properties for sale in park deficient areas identified in the Park Growth Analysis

    Step 2:

  • Applied scoring criteria to identified properties

    • Similar scoring criteria used in past years for Parks CIP Program

    • Scoring criteria approved by Parks Advisory Board

      Step 3:

  • Ranked properties based on highest scores (maximum score possible 740)

    Approval and Execution by the Mayor of Contract for Sale and Purchase between UDDO Development Inc. and Orange County, and approval of Warranty Deed from Uddo Development, Inc. to Orange County, authorization to disburse funds to pay purchase price and closing costs and perform all actions necessary and incidental to closing.
