E G P A T A G L A N C E Eastern Green Pictures (EGP) is a production house based in Guwahati, Assam & we work in all aspects of audio - visual content production, documentaries, short and features films, television content and advertorial commercial productions. We specialize in viewer engaging content creation and have been able to create a lasting impact through our works so far. Our show reel includes successful television serials- Agni for Rang Channel, Abhimaan for Jonack Channel, Anuraag (JonakiKareng) for Rang, GhorSansaar for Focus Hi-Fi among others.

Some of the notable kinds of HD cameras that we offer for rent in EGP are Canon EOS 5D Mark III, Sony HRX-NX100, Sony FS7 4K. Along with the above mentioned, there are a number of other equipments that can be taken for rent. They include DSLRs, camera lenses, mics, audio mixers, lights, rigs and other accessories that Production and Distribution of films and videos require.

  10. S H O O T I N G F L O O R A N D O U T D O O R S H O O T I N G L O C A T I O N S Film Production does not always involve the shooting of a film in original settings. Many a times, movies are shot inside a studio to cut down the prices or reduce the time and effort required in the process. EGP is a Production House in North East that rents out Shooting Floor to ones who needs one in the process of Film Production. Many popular regional series, movies and documentaries have used this facility.

Our organization is geared up with experts who believe that they can make a difference in the practical world.   12. O U R W O R K S - U L K A ULKA (Assamese: উা) is an upcoming Assamese drama movie based on a piece of fiction which has relevance to a real life incident. Directed by Pranab Vivek and produced by Bhaskar Upadhyaya, the entire movie is being made keeping in mind of the need for introducing satirical comedy in today’s new age Assamese film industry especially admired by youths. Prominent Bollywood singer and heartthrob of the region AngaraagPapon Mahanta has sung the theme song of Ulka which has been penned by Ibson Lal Baruah.

  13. O U R W O R K S - T E Z Tez, directed by Bhaskar Upadhyaya and Prabhat Goswami, is based on the theme of a father who abandons his newborn girl child because he had wanted a boy. The father associates the birth of a girl with unending responsibilities and liabilities. However, the world turns upside down for the father when he has his moment of realization. Tez stars Prastuti Parashar, Angurlata Deka and Giridhar Roy and TaraliSarma, the music director of the film. It is worth mentioning here that Tez received official selection in the 6th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival in the year 2016. Adding another feather to the cap, Tez has been selected for the 16th International Film Festival held in Jaipur from in the same year. Its an honour to the Assamese Film Industry that the short film is among 65 films selected out of 975 films received from 60 countries on 16 different subjects.

  14. O U R W O R K S - S E N E H Touching Lives. Giving Hope. It is a hope for the destiny, a hope for the abundant, a hope for the homeless, a hope “SENEH”. An Audio-Visual Documentary on Seneh, directed by Bhaskar Upadhyaya established under the aegis of Bhabhada Devi Memorial Philanthropic Trust, Seneh is an NGO based in Guwahati, Assam.

  15. O U R W O R K S - A N U R A A G Centered around the life of a middle class lad in love with an upper class damsel and then marrying her off. But, unable to adjust in the family without all the high class facilities, she ends up deciding to get divorced. Love can do wonders!! She realizes that life is not merely about money and riches, it is more about emotions and attachment. It is true that her in-laws maintain a mediocre life. But they are rich when it comes to love. Produced by the duo, Bhaskar Upadhyaya and Meghraj Upadhyay the serial is directed by Pranab Vivek.

  16. O U R W O R K S - A B H I M A A N ABHIMAAN is a highly accepted Assamese daily soap showcased in one of Assam’s premier channels, Rang. It is a family drama, based on the story of a simple easy-going middle class girl named, Aastha. Trying to portray a mundane Assamese lifestyle, this serial showcases the strength of a women, who is sandwiched between the two different lives; one she is rooted to and the other she is trying to adapt to. It has been directed by Pranab Vivek and produced by Bhaskar Upadhaya.

C O N C L U S I O N As of now we came to know Eastern green productions also known as EGP as one of the upcoming production house in Guwahati, Assam who is using unique ideas and creatives in producing good products. The productions made by EGP is greatly accepted by the masses of Assam.
