Accomplishments • He replaced the chief architect of the Statue of Liberty. • He is the chief architect of the Eiffel Tower. • He designed the Garabit viaduct, which was the tallest bridge in the world in the world at the time. • He went to École Polytechnique then later went to École Centrale des Arts et Manufactures.
