What is inherited to the CP system today ? • Creating an environment frightening to common people, where interacting POLICE is thought to be a mean to invite trouble. • Police is hardly soft and impartial; hence good to stay away- Common psychology. • Police stay inclined towards power and associated leadership. • Police many times compromise small scale crime for suitable tips. • Police stay away from large scale crime to save himself and family due to weak span of control and lack of appropriate safety if being honest to prosecute.
