  8. Assessment: Pages 2 - 7Enter comments pertaining to demonstration of results for each LP category. Click More Information to view, copy/paste details from your goals. Click ‘save andnext page’ button. Drop down to select or skip a page More Information

Assessment: Pages 2 – 7More Information Link Details: The More Information link available in the top part of the page for Individual Performance Management goals gives you access to: Goal text, Due Date and Expected Results text The More Information link available within the Leadership Pipeline goal rating box gives you access to: Goal text, Goal Status, Expected Results text specific to your LP Level, employee comments and manager comments

  10. Rating DescriptionsClick the underlined rating description for guidelines on applying the appropriate rating based upon demonstration of performance and results Note: once a rating HAS been selected, you can change the rating, but you can not de-select all ratings.

  11. Overall Performance – Page 8Enter final comments and rating (Required)

  12. Summary PageReview summary, spell check and legal minder (English only) and click the save button, returning the user to the Review Details page.

  13. Printing out your self-assessmentUnder “During this step you can:”, click the sentence, “View/Print self-assessment report….”. Export the report to PDF or Word.

  14. Sending Self-Assessment to managerReturn to initial Review Details page, click the sentence under Next Step: Once you’ve clicked on this link, the Process Steps below will now reflect the red arrow at the Manager Assessment step.

  15. Sending Self-Assessment to managerError message if all ratings not entered:

  16. After Manager Finish The Review, Manager will send review results back to employee and employee must finalize the Mid Year Review Process in Employee Acknowledgement Step

  17. Employee Acknowledgment StepEmployee acknowledges review and face-to-face discussion. Both manager and employee comments are now available to the employee.
