  1. 3d models Dean EdwardsUnit 64 Assignment 1

  2. Tv adverts Citroen C4 – transforming car advert. This is obviously Computer generated as cars cannot transform into robots or ice skate. This could not have been done in another way as the models are too good and detailed Halo3:ODST – Live action advert with CGI spacecraft. This is 3d as I researched the advert and found out that the Lead Animator is Michael Warner. Listerene – this is a live action advertisement and as the guy uses the mouth wash and little people clean his mouth from the inside, then his mouth expands viciously in a non-human way.

  3. Films • Disrtict 9 as the aliens do not actually exist neither do the weapons. They could not have been created any other way as they are very detailed and life like. And they are 3D as Paul Copeland worked on this film as a visual effects artist. • Alice in wonderlandas the many of the characters are not actually human the Cheshire cat ,for example, is catlike but has over the top facial features resemble a Human. • The Incredible Hulkis another film that features the main a character that is 3d. This film has to be done in 3D because the Hulk look too life like and is too detailed to be 2D or a Claymation.

  4. Games in 2d • Street Fighter ( up until Street fighter 4 ). This is a 2d game as it doesn’t contain any lifelike people or landscapes also the characters are Sprites. It is obvious to the naked eye that they are made up of pixels. • Alien Hominid This is a 2D game as it was made in Macromedia Flash and the characters are made up of Vector Graphics. This was made by Tom Fulp.
