Event timings • Agreed with SAG / Licensing Committee that food and drink will finish 30 minutes prior to event curfew • Agreed with TfL to finish 15 minutes earlier on the Sunday • Licence application was for 2 consecutive weekends of 5 show days in total in the month of September. For 2019 we are only using 1 of these weekends with 3 show days in total Friday 6th, Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th September • Build: Friday 30th August – Thursday 5th September 2019 • Break: Monday 9th – Friday 13th September 2019

Noise Management • One stage, and this is housed within a circus big top tent. • The tent is on the Old Cricket Pitch and has been placed here to minimise noise pollution for local residents. • Aria Acoustics have been appointed as our noise management company. • David Leversedge from Aria Acoustics has been working with Festival Republic since 1996. • Noise Management Plan has been submitted to Safety Advisory Group. • 5 noise monitoring locations • 1 Lionel Road North • 2 Pope’s Lane • 3 Carville Crescent • 4 Gunnersbury Park Mansions • 5 Manor Gardens

Noise Propagation Tests / Sound Checks Propagation tests for short periods on Thursday 5th September in the afternoon/early evening finishing by 6pm and on Friday 6th September between 12 noon – 1.30pm. Daily sound checks: Friday 6th September: 2.30pm – 3.30pm Saturday 7th September: 2.30pm – 3.30pm Sunday 8th September: 11.30am – 12.30pm Noise complaints hotline: 07756 571 288

Turn right at the lights, go round the roundabout at Morrisons, doubling back to rejoin Uxbridge Road (A4020). Go straight on, passing Ealing Common tube station, to Gunnersbury Avenue.
