Errors) • Other grid conditions, needs, control • Role reversal, fair is fair (roles can change) • Capabilities and state of distributed resources

OpenADE 2011 Roadmap (Proposed) • Q1 2011 • Clarification of Interoperability Testing and Conformance Authority -- Formation of Industry Alliance? • Contribute to ESPI Sample Implementation Effort • Q2 2011 • NAESB: Finalize ESPI specifications, ballot, resolution • Begin OpenADE 2.0 Requirements • Q3 2011 • OpenADE “acceptance” of NAESB ESPI 1.0 • Certification of first candidate implementation • Q4 2011 • Complete OpenADE 2.0 Requirements • Q1 2012 • NAESB: ESPI 2.0?

ESPI Sample Implementation • Key contribution for development, adoption of ESPI standard • Not appropriate for work to be done within NAESB • Effort forming to focus on this, other contributions to Smart Grid collaboration: EnergyOS, championed by John Teeter, PeoplePower • OpenADE members to contribute to ESPI sample implementation via EnergyOS participation?
