  5. Correcting Lies in “DaVinci Code” • 1. Constantine had nothing to do with making Christian canon. Christians accepted canon 150-years before Constantine was born! • 2. Early Christians did believe Jesus was Son of God – Matthew 16:16; Galatians 6:4! • 3. Council of Nicea (A.D. 325) met to clarify Jesus’ divinity, not create it! • 4. Jesus was Mary Magdalene’s Saviour, not her spouse! The canonical Gospels pre- clude any option of a “married Jesus”!

Mary Magdalene is never “smeared” in Church tradition, but always received positive, uplifting recognition! • 7. Leonardo Da Vinci did indeed paint John next to Jesus in “The Last Supper,” not Mary Magdalene! • 8. The entire “gnostic gospel” was rejected outright by the Early Church fathers!

  7. …Still More Lies Corrected • 9. The “Holy Grail” had never been an issue until a medieval legend surfaced in 1170. The very term hadn’t even been coined for over 1000-years from Jesus’ death! A legend ‘spinned’ is still a legend! • 10. It’s the height of all ridiculousness to call the Olympic’s five linked rings a tribute to any goddess. And the ancient Games were celebrated in honour of Zeus Olym- -pias, not Aphrodite at all! Dead wrong!
