Massachusetts Unified High-Level SLDS Goals: Build a shared database that will enhance our ability to develop a cradle-to-career tracking system for everyone who enters public education Establish an ongoing process of evidence-based accountability, policy analysis and policy implementation assessment. Generate Research and Analyses useful to teachers, staff and administrators at all levels of public instruction.

  4. Massachusetts Wide range of stakeholders beyond Early Childhood, elementary and secondary education, high education and workforce. Addressing the concerns of stakeholders who are not at the “bargaining table”. Relevant State Legislation. MOU between Early Childhood, elementary and secondary education and higher education. MOU between higher education and workforce. MOU development process as an avenue for ensuring stakeholder comfort, “buy-in” and support.
