  2. Form of government • Parliamentary Democracy • 2 branches • Unitary Government • Bicameral Parliament

  3. Parliament Two Branches • The Assembly of the Neuland People • Based on the population of the States • Parlipro • Based on equal representation • Every state has 3 Parlipro delegates

  4. Parliament • Prime Minister: • Holds a lot of power but the actual Parliament holds more power • Works with the parliament to make laws • Prime Minister is elected by the Parliament and can be impeached by the Parliament - The person can be the Prime Minister until the Parliament impeaches the person

  5. Parliament • Central Government • Very powerful • Makes most decisions throughout the country • Holds most power throughout the central government

  6. Parliament • The Assembly of the Neuland People and the Parlipro delegates are elected by the State’s people • The delegates can remain in power until the State’s people impeaches them or they resign

  7. Judicial • Supreme Court • The Major Court System • Makes sure the laws that are passed are smart laws and not dumb ones

  8. States • They have little power but all of them have a constitution similar to the Central Government of Neuland • Very little power but still make decisions throughout the state • Cannot pass laws throughout the state but they can send those laws to the central government to be ratified for the state
