  1. 1st RENAISSANCE common strategy on dissemination/communication • Settling-up of a « common strategy » between local communities of RENAISSANCE • Content : • Both local plans on dissemination (ZAR) & communication (GL) as a basis • Establishment of common methodologies- guidelines on dissemination works • Work method /To be done : • a draft plan on common strategy on communication/dissemination to be done by Grand Lyon => exchanges with Ayto (and LOM ?) for finalisation. • organisation of regular tel-conferences between local Leaders (GL & Ayto.) to progress on this drafting • Once finalised, to be published on RENAISSANCE website (Hespul) • 5 other key-elements, to be included as part of common strategy on dissemination/communication (to be finalised by Jan.2008) : • Establishment of a protocol to centralise information on Dissemination activities of ALL partners of RENAISSANCE • Website strategy (creation of URL links between partners websites) • Network strategy (listing existing networks where partners are involved) • Realisation of written debriefing on each local project (in 2 languages- local language + English) for other REN communities (NO common Brochure) : • A “2 pages” description on each local project (to be published on REN website + pdf format) • A small local project description (to be included in local publication to give an European dimension of the project) • Identification of a List of events where common activities of dissemination could be organised/ planned , when possible.
